Project MarLitCy was present at the 'Sustainable Schools' Event, which took place on 26 February 2014, at 'Filoxenia' Conference Centre in Nicosia. The Event, which was organised by the Ministry of Education, the Pedagogical Institute and AKTI Project and Research Centre, was attended by representatives from over 300 schools, from kindergartens to lyceums. The aim of the event was to present educational activities and programmes that could be applied at schools to promote and embed the concept of sustainability. MarLitCy participated at the Civil Society in Action Week, taking place between the 24 to 27 February 2014 in Nicosia, and organised by the European Commission. On the 24th February, all the projects that were funded under the Civil Society in Action IV call were awarded certificates. Additionally, the new projects, including MarLitCy, participated in a Chat Cafe, where they introduced their work and activities.
