We are excited to present the Upcycled Art Workshops!
This activity hopes to engage students on the issue of marine litter while allowing them to express themselves and cooperate with each other, bridging the divide using marine litter as a tool.
Bicommunal teams of students will be formed with one TCYP and GCYP mentor each. The groups will then be allowed to create an art piece using everyday materials that would have otherwise been discarded.
Timeline of the workshops:
The students will be awarded and the art pieces will be displayed at the final event on the 11th of March 2022.
Below you can view photos from the workshops and the final art pieces created by the students.
