Photography Competition

The MarLitCy photography contest aims to bring together individuals of all ages from around Cyprus in a common task that will require them to record, through their camera lenses, images that highlight  the problem of marine litter on the island, its effects on the environment and society, as well as possible solutions to the problem. Selected photographs will be printed and displayed at a bi-communal exhibition, where the very best photographs will also be awarded.

It is not mandatory for photographers to reside in Cyprus, but the photographs entered into the contest must be taken in Cyprus. For the full set of Rules and Conditions, as well as instructions on how to submit your work please refer to the documents below (available in English, Greek and Turkish).

Deadline for submissions extended to: 15 January 2017 at 24:00 hours, Cyprus local time.
